This was an easy one hour project. Here's what you need:
-1 yard fabric (I chose a jersey knit) or more depending on how big you want your scarf to be -3.25 yards of pom-pom trim (I found some on super clearance at Joann) -Matching thread -Sewing supplies and machine -Ironing supplies
First, I folded my fabric in half lengthwise and cut it so I had two rectangles. I cut my pom-pom trim exactly in half and placed it in between my two fabric rectangles with the pom-pom balls facing inwards like so.
I pinned them in place and sewed using a zig-zag stitch. I did the same to the other long side of my rectangles, leaving both shorter sides open.
I turned my scarf right-side-in and joined the two shorter sides together using a zig-zag stitch. I then ironed out the edges and sewed all the way around both sides of my scarf to finish it.
